You are welcome to join our practices at any point throughout the year. Although there are beginners’ courses organized every few months we encourage you to not wait for beginners’ courses and join our trainings as soon as possible.
Joining is easy — simply pick a beginners’ course training time from our schedule and show up at the class 10 minutes before the start. No uniform is needed to begin practicing, just wear a t-shirt and training pants (no shoes, no socks).
You will start with some stretching, aerobic exercise and basic techniques, no prior knowledge in martial arts is required. You don’t have to be fit or agile — regular aerobic exercises and stretching during practices will gradually help you to get in shape and attain flexibility and agility.
First practice is free of charge! When you come the first time, you will get a membership form to fill in at home and a bill to pay should you decide to start practicing with us on a regular basis.
Although we strongly encourage you to come and try out the practice, you can as well come to simply watch the practice and talk to the instructors. Our instructors will be happy to answer all of your questions.
